LemonEd began in 2021, but its real origins trace back to a long journey of detours, discoveries, and one life-changing realisation: doing well is not the same as doing what fits you.

I followed the traditional path — engineering at Purdue, early corporate roles, admissions to top universities, leadership programs, and even multiple entrepreneurial ventures. On paper, everything looked “right.” But internally, I felt a familiar dissonance: I was achieving, but not aligned.

Over the years, one pattern became impossible to ignore.
The moments that energised me most were never about titles or businesses — they were the conversations. Helping someone see their strengths. Clarifying their next step. Guiding a confused student. Coaching a professional through self-doubt. Supporting an applicant to a dream university.

Those moments lit me up in a way no job description ever had.

That was the epiphany: I didn’t want to manage teams or run large operations.
I wanted to work one-on-one, with depth, intuition, empathy and honesty — helping people build careers that actually suit who they are.

LemonEd was born from that clarity.

Today, LemonEd is intentionally independent and boutique. Every client works directly with me — no batching, no outsourcing, no generic templates. My process blends global academic experience, real-world career shifts, constant learning, and an intuitive understanding of human potential. Technology and AI enhance the experience, but heart and judgment lead it.

LemonEd exists for one purpose:
to help people make fewer mistakes, find their fit earlier, and build careers that feel both successful and authentic.

This is the guidance I wish I had earlier.
Now, it’s the guidance I offer — personally, fully, and with conviction.
